Roofspace Solutions joined the Saint-Gobain Group in 2018 as part of the Off-Site Solutions division, which was formed to meet the increasing demand for improved quality and speed of delivery within the construction industry.
Our modern methods of construction assist with traditional build keeping the standard of quality high. As an award-winning provider of our i-House and i-Roof products and services, we manufacture, deliver and install high quality roofing and whole house solutions within controlled factory environments. Our design, manufacturing and delivery teams ensure that your project is delivered efficiently, effectively, and on-time.
Using our dedicated off-site production site in Alcester, we deliver to your project specifications whilst reducing the disruption, waste and post-project remedial costs that can be seen in traditional construction.

The Roofspace Solutions journey began back in 2008 when we created an innovative new solution to the traditionally built roof that we went on to call the i-Roof.
