Roofspace Solutions Shows Year-on-Year Improvements in Customer Satisfaction Survey

The results are in for our annual customer satisfaction survey, which is independently conducted by TLF Research. The survey is conducted through phone calls to our customer base on our behalf, allowing them to rate our service, solutions, and a mix of other factors on a scale of one to 10.

The overall customer satisfaction score is 89.1%, up from last year’s 83.5%, which puts us in the top quartile of the league table which contains approximately 1480 entries from other businesses.

We have seen positive scores for key areas, including: Health & Safety, installation time, and communication with your main contact.

Our customers have also rated our industry-leading i-Roof and i-House products 9.2, an increase on the previous year’s score.

Elsewhere, our on-site installation teams were praised for their effectiveness, and respondents believed we were able to help meet their environmental requirements, a factor important to both us and our customers, while offering superior products and customer service.

We’re incredibly proud of the supportive team we have at our Alcester site, with a number of compliments received about our team.
