Roofspace Solutions achieves success in customer satisfaction survey

For the second year in a row, we have seen our satisfaction score rise in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, independently conducted by TLF Research.

Thanks to our colleagues’ commitment to improving and developing throughout 2022, we received fantastic customer feedback, with our customer satisfaction index score rising to 86.1%. This continues from our trend from 2021, with customer feedback describing us as a ‘pleasure to work with’.

The quality of our i-House™️, i-Roof™️ and GRDNspace™️ products was also highlighted by our customers, who gave them a high score of 8.6.

The hard work of our dedicated Business Development, Technical Advice and Installation teams has been recognised by our customers through the survey. The ease and approachability of our teams was a particular highlight for our customers, with one commenting: “They just pick up the phone and talk through any problems and their team is approachable.”

We have continued our improvement after a strong 2021 survey, highlighting our team’s strong work to understand what our customers want and that we are willing to go the extra mile.
