Mental Health First Aider On-board
The mental health and wellbeing of our colleagues is of the utmost importance to us. With mental health on the rise, the Covid-19 pandemic has offered no release, in many cases bringing additional stress, worry and sometimes even fear into many people’s lives.
With this in mind, we have introduced a number of Mental Health First Aiders to the business. We have a total of three fully trained office and production based First Aiders and one who is site based, who have attended a structured and thorough two-day course, so they can give our teams what could be a much needed ear.
We all know that just having someone to talk to can make all the difference and we are delighted to offer such an important service to all of those who work at Roofspace Solutions.
