BM TRADA Q-Mark is the product certification scheme for building and construction products operated by BM TRADA.

The BM TRADA Q-Mark product certification for construction products which system is based on the recognized Product Certification Standard EN 17065:2012 and confirms that a product conforms to the requirements of an appropriate recognized product Scheme Technical Document.

BOPAS

Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) was developed to address concerns and perceived risks associated with innovative construction. Consequently, BOPAS is recognised by mortgage lenders as providing the necessary assurance that properties that are innovatively constructed or constructed using modern methods of construction (MMC) will be readily mortgageable for a minimum of 60 years.

Constructionline is an online tool where buyers can vet suppliers before placing orders and contracts with them. National housebuilders, in particular like suppliers to be members as it allows them to search information in one place from a specific supplier. This information confirms our commitment to Health & Safety, Quality, Environment, Equality & Diversity, Employee rights. All information submitted has to be verified by Constructionline so buyers have confidence in choosing a supplier.
