We wanted to introduce some the faces behind our brand and hear from the members of our management team about what they enjoy about their roles and to talk about the great work their teams do here.
I believe the key to business success is consistently high levels of service and commitment to customers, which makes me proud to lead a dedicated team who make this happen every day. We are an innovative and creative business who continue to go from strength to strength in a diverse and sustainable industry.
I am responsible for the client construction team relationships across both solutions, ensuring the products we supply along with the service we give are always of the highest level. I believe our solutions offer numerous benefits to the construction industry and are a great addition to any development alongside traditional build.
Working with both National and Regional Housebuilders across the UK, I work with and speak to different people every day and no two days are ever the same. I am the initial contact for businesses wanting to find out more about the solutions we offer, so it's always rewarding when we welcome a new customer on board.
My team and I ensure our customers are offered the best solutions to match the requirements for their projects. Our fully manufactured solutions can be installed quickly, efficiently and safely and we then take in to consideration the customers requirements including architectural, structural and environmental aspects.
Getting out of the office and spending time on-site, seeing our products being installed and making a difference is one of the most enjoyable parts of my role. Being able to then showcase these great solutions, the workmanship and company values that we offer our customers means we always have plenty to shout about.
By managing the i-House construction teams, I ensure the client programme targets are consistently met as well as maintaining the high levels of health and safety that we pride ourselves on, whilst continuing to deliver a high number of projects in line with commercial programme commitments.
Responsible for the management of the on-site operations for i-Roof, I feel my team have some of the most dedicated and knowledgeable people in our field. Working closely with a number of housebuilders, I enjoy seeing the relationships and confidence evolve as we complete installations.
I am proud to manage a great team of 160 employees, who manufacture and deliver up to 20 i-Roof solutions per day. The processes I have put in place ensure each product is made to the highest quality to meet our customers expectations, which is always delivered on time.
Working closely with the team, I ensure we make the most of everyone's skills and potential by making development training easily accessible as well as assessing the company's requirements. By doing this, we support everyone to reach their full potential and build their confidence.
By consuming the information provided by our internal departments, scheduling the Contracts Managers daily workload and communicating directly with site, I am responsible for programming and coordinating the installation of our room-in-roof solution. I enjoy working closely with people on-site and in the office.
